Design that
feels effortless.
Works flawlessly.
From the first wireframe to the final pixel — we design interfaces that guide users naturally, reduce confusion, and turn interactions into outcomes your business cares about.

Four disciplines. One coherent design.
Each service builds on the others — so your wireframes become prototypes, your prototypes become polished UI, and your UI becomes a living system your team can maintain.
Wireframes & Prototypes
The structural blueprint before any colour or polish. We map every screen, flow, and edge case so the final build contains no surprises — for your team or your users.
- Low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes
- Clickable Figma prototypes for user testing
- User flow diagrams and screen maps
- Annotated specs for developers
Mobile App UI Design
Native-feeling interfaces built for iOS and Android. Every tap target, swipe gesture, and transition is considered — because mobile users have zero patience for friction.
- iOS and Android native UI screens
- Gesture-aware interaction patterns
- Onboarding flows and empty states
- Accessibility-first colour and contrast
Web & Dashboard UI Design
From marketing sites to complex data dashboards — we design web interfaces that are immediately learnable, visually balanced, and scalable as your product grows.
- Landing pages and marketing sites
- SaaS dashboards and admin panels
- Data visualisation and reporting UI
- Multi-role interface design
Design Systems & Components
A living library your entire team uses. One set of tokens, components, and guidelines so every screen — whether built today or a year from now — looks like it belongs together.
- Figma component library with variants
- Colour, type, and spacing tokens
- Usage guidelines and documentation
- Handoff-ready for any tech stack
From skeleton to polished product
We start with structure — not aesthetics. Every layout is stress-tested in wireframe before a single colour is applied. This is what prevents expensive late-stage redesigns.

Delivered in sprints.
How we go from brief to launch-ready
A structured process that keeps quality consistent and makes reviews fast — because good design is as much about communication as it is about craft.
Discovery & Research
We start by understanding your users, business goals, competitors, and any existing product. Good design decisions are grounded in actual user behaviour — not assumptions.
Information Architecture & Flows
Before any wireframe, we map the full sitemap, user journeys, and decision points. This is where we eliminate confusion at the lowest possible cost — before it’s built.
Wireframes & Prototype Review
Low-fidelity first — fast to change, easy to discuss. Once structure is approved, we build a clickable high-fidelity prototype in Figma you can actually test with real users.
Visual Design & Design System
Typography, colour, iconography, spacing, and motion — applied with intent. We build the component library alongside the screens so every element is reusable from day one.
Handoff & Developer Support
Annotated Figma files, exported assets, and design tokens — all ready for your engineering team. We stay available during development to answer questions and review implementation.
The industry’s best design tools — used properly
We pick the right tool for your platform and workflow. Every file you receive is clean, organised, and easy to hand to any developer or future designer.
Figma
Our primary tool for wireframes, UI design, prototyping, and design systems — with real-time collaboration for clients.
Adobe XD
Used for clients embedded in Adobe Creative Cloud workflows — ideal for brand-heavy projects requiring tight asset integration.
Framer
For high-fidelity interactive prototypes that behave like real products — used when user testing requires genuine interaction feel.
Webflow
When design needs to become a live site without a separate development step — ideal for marketing pages and portfolios.
Design is not decoration — it is a business decision
Every layout choice, every label, every interaction pattern affects whether users succeed or give up. These are the outcomes good UI/UX design produces.
Fewer Support Requests
Confusing UI generates support tickets. A well-designed interface anticipates confusion and resolves it before users ever reach for help.
Higher Conversion Rates
Clear calls to action, logical flows, and reduced cognitive load all directly translate into more users completing the actions you want them to take.
Faster Development
Developers build faster when designs are complete, annotated, and consistent. Design system components eliminate rework and cut engineering time significantly.
Brand Trust & Retention
Polished, consistent UI builds subconscious trust. Users judge a product’s quality by how it looks and feels — before they’ve experienced what it actually does.
Questions we get before every project
Still unsure? Message us — we typically reply within a few hours.
Do you design for both iOS and Android?
Yes. We design using platform-appropriate patterns — following Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines for iOS and Material Design principles for Android — while keeping both visually aligned with your brand.
Do I need to have a developer before starting design?
No. Many clients come to us at the idea stage. Design actually comes first — a validated, clickable prototype is the best way to test an idea before committing to a full build. We can also recommend development partners or work alongside your existing team.
What files will I receive at the end?
You receive fully organised Figma files with named layers, components, and variants; exported assets (SVG, PNG at multiple resolutions); a design token file; and developer handoff annotations. Everything you need to build or hand to any team.
Can you redesign an existing product?
Yes — redesigns are a large part of our work. We start with a heuristic review of your current product, identify the highest-impact problems, and prioritise changes by effort vs. business value before touching any pixels.
How involved do I need to be during the project?
We ask for focused feedback at three points: after the flow diagrams, after the wireframes, and after the visual design. Outside of those checkpoints, we handle everything. Most clients spend 2–3 hours total across a full design engagement.
Can TechPuls also build what you design?
Yes. We offer web & e-commerce development and custom web app builds. Many clients move from design directly into development with us — which eliminates handoff friction entirely.
Ready to design something people love?
Share your brief — we will review your product, suggest a practical starting point, and send a clear proposal within 48 hours. No fluff, no obligation.
